As a supervisor or program director you can set up a program of online training for staff and volunteers.
If you are an employee or volunteer interested in the training but your department or unit does not currently have a program of online training, please contact Risk Services to get your training started.
Each course is 30-45 minutes long and covers these topics:
- The types of molesters and the methods they use to manipulate coworkers, parents and children;
- The effects of abuse;
- Keeping your camp safe;
- Preventing sexual activity between young children;
- Keeping your school safe
- Preventing bullying; and
- UC CANRA Mandated Reporter policy
Many courses are offered in Spanish and can be taken through the UC Learning Center or online through Praesidium.
